Last week the Monogo team met with students and graduates of technical universities during Lublin IT Day. The job fair was held at Lublin University of Technology for the tenth time. The event was organized by the Career Office in cooperation with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of Lublin University of Technology.

A few days ago, we had the pleasure of participating in the anniversary job fair, the 10th Lublin IT Day at Lublin University of Technology. Monogo was one of the numerous exhibitors who presented their brands, achievements and talked about working in IT. The e-commerce industry is growing rapidly, so we expected a lot of interest, especially among candidates entering the job market. And we were not wrong.

Students' most common questions
What do candidates ask about in the IT industry? Students mainly asked about the technologies we work in. Monogo, in addition to Magento, the most popular in the ecommerce world, develops many of its own dedicated solutions for clients, for example, in Headless technology. Working in IT with international clients, we implement unique solutions in the field of AI and robotization of processes in companies. In addition to technology, students wanted to know what industries do we support? Candidates wanted to know what the company's recruitment path looks like? When applying for a job at Monogo you should send an email application, the message requires an up-to-date cv to be attached. If the application is of interest, three recruitment stages await the candidate: an interview with a recruiter, a technical interview with the department's Hiring Manager and a technical task.
