Adobe x Monogo, Adobe Partner Day in Warsaw (31st of August 2022)
The day started with registration, where each participant got a badge with his name and company name. Standard for this type of event. But since this is the first meeting of its kind after the pandemic. Having a lanyard in one's hands gives satisfaction.

We move on to the coffee room, where we are greeted by a bustle of conversation. We see familiar faces, and smiles on them. I guess the excitement has spread to more than just us. We take cups of refreshing coffee and proceed to talk. Short ones, because the event is about to start. We walk to the main hall, where the first slide of the presentation is already displayed on the screen.
The first one is led by Tereza Víšková, who serves as Senior Partner Sales Manager at Adobe. She is our current mentor on behalf of Adobe. Tereza's presentation covers the organization of the day and explains how the approach to partners is evolving. An important message right at the beginning! Looking around the room. I see a slight stir - I guess we all needed to hear what the Partner Relations team is doing. On top of that, we learn that very important roles will be available for us to meet on-site in Warsaw. Once a month. This not only gives us an opportunity to maintain relationships, but also to address important topics in our business. With this kind of support, I feel that this value will also translate into our implementations of Adobe Commerce (aka Magento) and other Experience Cloud products, for instance Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, CDP and others.
Platform presentation
After that, the following presentations are led by Karl Hinterholzer - Head of Sales. Austria & Eastern Europe, Radima Sevcik - Expert Partner Solutions Consultant, Data & Insights. Agenda wise, it paints the landscape of the entire set of business tools available from Adobe. And there's a lot of them. The 3 main pillars are Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud. Today we focus on the latter. Radim shows the entire spectrum of the platform. We briefly go through each tool and a conclusion immediately comes to mind. For customer experience work, Monogo has the whole package available for deployment in this one place. Everything closes with the recently acquired Workfront tool. It's also becoming clear that Monogo's implementations of Experience Cloud products can be made more effective by tight integration between the various tools. And this is just the beginning.
Wordfront + AEM Assets
In addition, Tareq Fadel - Expert Solutions Consultant, Content & Commerce in the following presentation shows the possibilities offered by the combination of Workfront and AEM Assets. To clarify, AEM Assets is DAM (Digital Assets Management). And here is where my serious surprise comes in. With the availability of various technologies from the Creative Cloud pillar, AEM Assets can run actions from Photoshop on selected catalogs. Automatically removing backgrounds or applying styles to photos becomes fabulously easy. Once the creative department has prepared the appropriate actions. All you have to do is upload the photos to the catalog. AEM Assets will do the rest of the work for you. What a time-saver this is! With such technology, time-to-market can be shortened significantly! We also get information that tight integration of Adobe Commerce (aka Magento) and AEM Assets will be available soon.
Adobe Platform Demo
Subsequent presentations bring more and more information and examples on the strict ecommerce part. We even have a demo of the integration capabilities between Adobe Commerce (aka Magento), Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Target, Campaign and Customer Journey. And this is where the beauty of the whole Experience Cloud and the tight integration between them comes out. I feel that personalization has never been so easy! But that's not all. Customer experience is not only online, but also offline. And here Adobe does not disappoint either. You can integrate through APIs all sorts of tools (e.g. call center, SMS, POS), which give you the ability to maintain a consistent experience for your customers even beyond ecommerce. If you additionally zip it all into Adobe Experience Manager, content distribution across literally every channel becomes not only simple but also fast.
Experience Cloud group
This part is the most valuable to me. The inspiration from this demo will certainly allow us at Monogo to pass it on to our business partners. Because it occurs to me that the tools we use are world-class. It is our duty as an implementation partner to inspire and educate. To make the most of what they offer out-of-the box. Each one of them. And in combination with others, as integrations start to look really deep. This is also good for our customers. Moreover, I feel the value will come from scaling solutions. If you have Adobe Commerce (aka Magento), adding more systems from the Experience Cloud group will take ecommerce to the next level.
Of all the presentations, there's one that can't go public. That's the vision for Adobe Commerce (aka Magento). However, I really appreciate learning more about the direction of our favorite ecommerce engine at this event. Let me just say that the future seems exciting for Magento. And for us - Monogo, an implementation partner, not only for Adobe Commerce, but also for other Adobe products.

Summary Adobe Solution Partner Day
As we approach the end of the day, the last presentations are already strictly about partner topics. What materials we have available, what we can use in working with our customers. The whole event ends with an invitation for networking and talks.
In conclusion, for me, the day brought a lot of knowledge. The presentations also brightened up a lot of areas that I hadn't quite pinpointed. I feel that now Monogo's implementations will be even better and more effective. We have an obligation to provide the best solutions to our business partners. Using the available out-of-the box solutions, we can efficiently deliver business value. Customization of tools is possible to some extent, but we should focus on getting the most out of what is in the package. In other words, this is a good place to start.
