I have read the information about the processing of my personal data for recruitment purposes.
Personal data controller. The controller of your personal data and the entity to which you are submitting your application is Monogo sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Lublin (20-701 Lublin), address: ul. Nałęczowska 14, p.10, hereinafter referred to as: Monogo.

Purposes of processing your personal data.
Your personal data will be processed by Monogo for the purpose of recruitment for the position you are applying for.
Additionally, if you agree, after the recruitment process for the position specified in this job advertisement is completed, we will retain your personal data and process it for the purposes of our future recruitment processes.
Legal basis for the processing of your personal data.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the scope of: first name(s) and surname, date of birth, contact details you want us to use to contact you during the recruitment process, education, professional qualifications, employment history, is the provision of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR* in conjunction with Article 221 §1 of the Labor Code, and therefore the fulfillment of a legal obligation arising from a provision of law (Labor Code).
With regard to other personal data that you wish to include in your application documents, the legal basis for processing is your voluntary consent to their processing in connection with the recruitment process for the position you are applying for, and therefore Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR*.
To whom may we disclose your personal data?
In accordance with applicable law, we may disclose your personal data to entities processing it on our behalf, i.e. the owner of the portal through which you submit your participation in our recruitment process and through which we receive your application, the provider of the e-mail server through which we can contact you. In addition, authorized persons involved by us in the recruitment process will have access to your personal data. Our external HR and IT service providers may also have access to your personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
The period for which we will store your personal data. We will store and process your personal data for the period necessary to complete the recruitment process for the position you are applying for.
If you have provided us with more information about yourself in the application documents sent to us than is required under Article 221 §1 of the Labor Code, then we process this information based on your consent. If you withdraw your consent before the end of the recruitment process, we will limit the processing of your personal data to the extent required by the Labor Code and delete any personal data exceeding this scope, having previously ceased to process it.
If you have consented to the processing of your personal data for future recruitment processes, we will store and process your personal data for a period of 1 year from the date of completion of the recruitment process for the position you are applying for. After this period, we will delete your personal data and will no longer process it. If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data before the end of this period, we will immediately cease processing it.
Your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. In accordance with the GDPR and under the conditions specified therein, you have the right to request from Monogo: (i) access to your personal data, (ii) rectification of your personal data, (iii) erasure of your personal data, (iv) restriction of processing, (v) objection to processing, and (vi) the right to data portability.

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. As we may also process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by contacting us at: [email protected].
Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing we have carried out based on that consent before you withdrew it.
Please note that you can withdraw both your consent to the processing of personal data beyond the scope of data required by Article 221 § §1 of the Labor Code and your consent to the processing of personal data for future recruitment purposes.
Complaint to the supervisory authority. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, www.uodo.gov.pl.
Obligation to provide data.
Providing personal data within the scope specified in Article 221 §1 of the Labor Code is mandatory; without this data, we will not be able to consider your application. Providing other data is voluntary.
Automated decision-making, including profiling. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, which could have legal effects on you or similarly affect your situation.
*GDPR is the abbreviated name of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
