Monogo E-commerce News - KPI in e-commerce, #37
Good morning, today we're serving up information on how to avoid vanity in the metrics of your e-commerce business (but also business in general), and how to optimise the time it takes to prepare media for your online shop. But we don't stop there, we still have a solution to the problem of stocking goods and delivering to the end customer (DTC). We've got a bit of a cross-section, but all, as usual, strongly linked to e-commerce and business. Welcome to another edition of e-commerce news from Monogo. 1. Which KPI Is Most Likely to Be a Vanity Metric: How to Avoid Them in Ecommerce
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are an intrinsic business concept, whether you are running a traditional or online business. However, as with everything, there are pitfalls with KPIs too. Today's title article talks about 'vanity' indicators. What are they? How do you avoid them? You will find the answers to these questions below. I know from my own experience how difficult it is to implement them in an organisation. Having solid content and leaving room for error is a key determinant of success. In your e-commerce, you probably already use KPIs. Share which metrics you use and let's discuss.
2. Adobe Express With AI Firefly App Is Available Worldwide
Adobe Express is a tool that makes it easy to create graphics and visualisations quickly. And it's just coming out of beta. This is good news, but not the last. Express is free, up to a point. If you need access to more resources, you'll have to pay. I'm impressed with the simplicity of Adobe Express after using it for a few weeks. I never thought of myself as a people person, capable of preparing graphics. But with Adobe Express and the built-in templates, preparing graphics for a blog, a banner or a cover for a social media post becomes simple and more accessible. More accessible to people who have never done graphics. Oh, and one more thing. Artificial intelligence from Adobe, or Firefly, is built into Adobe Express. This is excellent news!
3. AU Vodka finds DTC partner
Are you thinking of going abroad with your online shop offer, but don't know how to solve the subject of warehousing and delivery? Or are you selling a 'difficult' product such as alcoholic goods? In Europe and the UK (I think everyone is cutting the UK off from Europe by now) these and similar problems are solved by Huboo. Huboo deals extensively with fullfilment and DTC (direct-to-consumer) services. Affordably priced and with good storage facilities, this service is worth looking into.
