All these figures show that the German market is very mature when it comes to online sales. However, as in any situation, it is important to know the shopping habits before expanding. And if we talk about deliveries, Germans prefer home delivery. 53% of consumers prefer this form of delivery. A high number, 9% of people, want delivery faster and are willing to pay for it. Is it worth planning to expand into the German market?

3. Amazon Launches Flexible Financing in the UK

Amazon is not stopping with the introduction of new services and facilities for its customers. From now on, businesses selling in the UK on Amazon's platform can apply for funding for their business, with minimal paperwork. The requirement is a 3 month sales history on the platform. Sooner or later such services will also appear in other countries, especially where Amazon has a strong presence (e.g. Germany). Amazon's attractiveness for sellers, is undeniable. It is easy to offer your products on different markets. In addition, Amazon provides the possibility to use a very large number of tools that allow you to better understand the customer, better reach them and, above all, present your offer. However, it is possible to get lost in this jungle of information. That is why it is worth having a partner who can help you find your way through it all and allow you to focus on your business, while slowly building up your internal competence to handle this and other marketplaces.
