There are no miracles, there is work

Despite the fact that the Internet offers the opportunity to reach a large group of customers quickly, it also has its own rules. The virals you sometimes hear about are the exception rather than the rule. It is therefore better to expect real growth, backed up by methodical work.

This is why, for more than a year and a half, we have been publishing articles and other content on a weekly basis within our website. We do this in order to increase the range of keywords and links that are indexed in the search engines. Thus increasing the likelihood of appearing for various keywords and the visits themselves.

This methodical work is yielding results. We have stable increases of 20%+, from quarter to quarter. We do not expect results now and immediately. We want to achieve them in the long term. Our expectations are set at this level because we know how the search engines' traffic allocation algorithm is structured.

This is not secret knowledge. It's all described by companies like Google or Microsoft on their websites. Whether it's the website of a company that provides Magento (Adobe Commerce) implementations, AI solutions and CMS implementations, or an online shop. The principles are the same. Content leads to more traffic. The more content that attracts real users, the more traffic.

e-commerce implementations

I mentioned e-commerce implementations. This is the core of our business. Our delivery and most of our operations are built for these services. It is important to understand that both your business and a provider like Monogo need to learn to work together.

We cannot interfere too much in every area of your business operations. What we can do is adapt and, with gentle impulses, influence change. Managing such change is both our responsibility and yours. This is because there are people on both sides. And people usually need time to make the change. They also need to understand what the reason for the change is.

Implementing an online shop from the technical side is associated with a relatively simple process. However, the reality leads to mixed results. Launching a platform such as Adobe Commerce requires a lot of experience from the supplier and determination from the team that will be using the new platform.

It also requires a very well-coordinated effort. Project management, quality management, development, training, integrations. These are the typical elements that everyone will talk about. However, not everyone has enough sensitivity to the moving parts of such a process. It is impossible to put all projects under one framework.

At Monogo, we know that dependencies within the corporate environment matter. We know how to work with regulated industries. We also have international implementations in our portfolio. Collaboration with multiple suppliers is also important. Therefore, we say what we really think will happen. We do not make promises that we will not be able to keep together.

It's business maturity and a deep understanding of the consequences we may face together. I once heard that the best implementation but a month too late is worse than implementing on time or a week early. There is something in that. People look at it that way and it needs to be discussed through dialogue, transparently and in partnership. Exactly what Monogo values.

Content and AI

The market and the industry are constantly changing. We have been observing trends and sentiments for the last 13 years. We see clearly that as a provider we cannot stop.

Therefore, we are taking strategic steps to align our offering and experience with market expectations. The introduction of Content Management Systems (CMS) and AI Image optimisation to our offer is no accident. It complements the core of our business.

We want to facilitate the implementation of further digital elements for our customers. We know that working with multiple suppliers is exhausting. That's why we aim for a situation where you have a choice. Either we implement the CMS and AI solutions, or you choose other suppliers.

Another aspect is what we offer. These are not random, taken-for-granted solutions. Builder.io and AEM, these two CMSs were chosen through a pragmatic and methodical process that took us almost a year. Throughout these months, we tried every CMS available on the market. We talked to suppliers and wrote extensions. All this to make sure that the solutions we propose are up to your expectations.

The same with AI. We weren't tempted to introduce something that didn't add value but just looked good. This is a relatively new group of solutions, so it takes time for them to warm up. On the other side, there is always the buyer, they come first and taking care of their experience is the ultimate goal.

Customer experience

It is no coincidence that I mention customer experience. It is an extremely important aspect of e-commerce projects. With the huge number of options on the market, the customer will not put up with a terrible interface. He needs it to be usable.

Having specialists on staff who have created and are creating app screens for leaders in their industries gives us a broad view of customer preferences. Reducing the chance of confusion, using a pragmatic preference research process, is an advantage of our approach.

Everything in pink

It's not that everything works out. If someone thinks so then they are simply missing the truth. The reality is that in every project there are difficult situations and risks that need to be managed.

At Monogo, we have experience and values. We will not paint the grass green, only to find out later that it is a different shade. Through transparency, partnership and going the extra mile, we will identify risks, communicate them and look for solutions together.

This approach enables us to implement effectively.

Thank you to our employees and customers for being with us. We are proud to work with you. We look forward with excitement to the challenges ahead! All to ensure that your business grows and thrives. At home and abroad.
