These customers need good quality product data, enriched with images, parameters, appropriate categorisation and so on. This is not unusual; the world is moving in this direction. However, this can be a challenge for traditional product data management processes. Of course, it also all depends on how many products you currently have on sale. In a week, this is already 5 x 75 = 375 minutes or 6 hours and 15 minutes. Almost a day's work for free. In a month 375 * 4 weeks = 1 500 minutes or 25 hours or 3 working days. 3 days of work per month saved by process optimisation and new tools. Not bad, and that's with only 5 people working with product data. Assuming on average and pessimistically, 10 months working gives 30 days of work. A month and a half of savings.
